The product can be returned or changed only if:
- the product features do not match the description on the site, 
- or products have been damaged during transportation 
- or the products have visual defects, like label or thermo capsule damage;
- or by accident customer has received different product than ordered.
In other cases, products will not be changed or returned.
We will not return or change the products just because you didn't like it, or it does not meet your expectations, or for any other reasons.
We will not return or change the products if it has signs of opening or the closure is damaged.
To return of change the product you have to contact us withing 2 working days after receiving the order. Then you have to return them within 3 working days.
Returned products should not be damaged, used and the packaging should not be damaged.
